The annual plan commits you for twelve months and unlocks the discount. Monthly plans have no commitment and can be cancelled at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
From your account, in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no fee.
Are prices shown excluding tax?+
Listed prices exclude tax. Applicable VAT is added on the invoice depending on your country and status.
Can I switch plans mid-subscription?+
At any time. Upgrading is immediate and prorated; downgrading takes effect at the next period.
Can I get my data back if I leave?+
Your reports and analyses remain exportable and your data belongs to you. On request, it is deleted from our servers.
What support is included?+
All plans include email support. Premium adds priority support and Enterprise a dedicated manager with a service-level agreement.
