The trademarks Map Analytix and Vectorive, along with their associated logos, are registered trademarks of Vectorive. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Databases made available on the platform benefit from the protection provided by articles L.341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Any substantial extraction or reuse is prohibited.

4. Liability

Vectorive makes its best efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site, without guaranteeing its completeness or its permanent up-to-date status. Vectorive declines any responsibility for any inaccuracy or omission in this information.

External links available on the site point to third-party sites whose content and availability are not controlled by Vectorive, and for which Vectorive cannot be held liable.

Vectorive cannot be held liable for occasional unavailability of the site, technical failures or contamination by viruses of the user equipment as a result of using the site.

5. Limitation of liability for algorithmic analysis

The Map Analytix platform combines sourced public data (INSEE, SIRENE, land and geographic sources), a deterministic scoring engine, and an analysis-assist layer governed by business rules. The outputs produced (scores, indicators, observations, reports) are decision-support material and do not constitute a guarantee or a formal recommendation.

The user retains full responsibility for any strategic, financial, commercial or planning decision made on the basis of these analyses. Vectorive cannot be held liable for any financial loss, business loss or indirect damage resulting from the interpretation or use of the platform outputs.

The user agrees not to consider the platform outputs as a professional opinion replacing legal, fiscal, real-estate or strategic advice formalised by a qualified professional.

6. Personal data (GDPR)

6.1. Data controller

The data controller for the data collected through the site is Vectorive, whose details appear in section 1.

6.2. Data collected and purposes

  • Contact form: name, professional email, company, role, message. Purpose: reply to your request and qualify the commercial need. Legal basis: legitimate interest of Vectorive in following up on a contact request.
  • Newsletter signup: email address. Purpose: send analyses and product updates. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • Audience measurement: visited page, language, referrer, browser, OS, device type, screen resolution, time zone, approximate country. Purpose: understand site usage to improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest of Vectorive in analysing the usage of its own site, under the audience measurement exemption recognised by the CNIL.
  • Technical logs: IP address, user-agent, timestamp, response code. Purpose: security, incident diagnostics. Legal basis: legitimate interest in service security.

6.3. Recipients

Your data is processed by authorised staff at Vectorive. It may be shared with the following processors:

  • OVH (hosting, infrastructure, database)

Vectorive does not sell, rent or exchange any personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

6.4. Retention periods

  • Commercial leads: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn.
  • Audience measurement: 13 months maximum (CNIL recommendation).
  • Technical logs: 12 months.
  • Billing data: 10 years (statutory obligation).

6.5. Your rights

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, please write to rgpd@vectorive.com describing your request. A reply is provided within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, cnil.fr.

6.6. Security

Exchanges between your browser and the site are encrypted via TLS. Data is stored on protected infrastructure within the European Union. Internal tool access is restricted to authorised staff only and logged.

7. Cookies and trackers

Map Analytix strives to minimise tracker usage. The site uses no advertising cookies, no social network cookies (Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) and no third-party behavioural analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

7.2. Prior information

On your first visit, a banner informs you that audience measurement is active. This measurement falls under the CNIL exemption: it is strictly limited to internal statistical purposes, with no third-party sharing and no advertising profiling.

You can block this measurement at any time through your browser settings (see 7.3) or by using private browsing.

9. Applicable law

This notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, only the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.
